Intentional training for healthy, confident dancers.

Catrina Boscutti
Founder & Artistic Director

DMC Dance Collective

DMC Dance Co offers intentional ballet education designed to support healthy, confident dancers. Training includes pointe readiness education, individualized coaching, and open ballet classes for teens and adults. Programs are supplemental, education-forward, and rooted in long-term dancer wellbeing.

Who is the Collective for?

DMC Dance Co is designed for dancers who may not fit neatly into a traditional studio structure, but who are deeply committed to their training, education, and long-term growth.

DMC may be a good fit for dancers who:

  • Are interested in pointe preparation or pointe readiness through a thoughtful, assessment-based approach

  • Are teen or adult dancers seeking intentional ballet training in a supportive environment

  • Are developing or maintaining strength, alignment, and classical ballet technique

  • Benefit from individualized guidance, education, and mentorship

  • Thrive in a calm, respectful, education-forward learning space

This program is especially supportive for:

  • Soloists seeking consistency, clarity, and professional support

  • Homeschool dancers looking for high-level ballet training with flexibility

  • Online-trained dancers who want mentorship, accountability, and clear progression

  • Competition dancers who lack consistent or technically focused ballet support

  • Teens who have outgrown their local studio, but are not pursuing a full pre-professional track

DMC provides a structured, supportive environment where dancers receive individualized attention, clear expectations, and access to resources typically found within a traditional studio, all delivered with intention and care.

This Program May Not Be a Fit If:

  • Immediate pointe work is the primary goal

  • Independent pointe practice is expected

  • A safety-first, progressive pace feels frustrating

How to Begin

Ballet Education Program

Getting started with DMC Dance Co is a simple, thoughtful process designed to ensure the best fit for each dancer.

For Private & Pointe Preparation Training
Dancers interested in personalized training are invited to submit an assessment request form. Each submission is carefully reviewed, and additional information or a short video of the movement may be requested. Placement and availability are determined based on readiness, alignment, and program availability.

For Open Ballet Classes
Open Ballet classes are offered on a drop-in basis for teen and adult dancers with prior ballet experience. When a new class is scheduled, registration details, waivers, and payment information will be shared via email.

For the DMC Ballet Club
The DMC Ballet Club is open to ballet enthusiasts of all ages. Interested participants may join the Ballet Club community to receive educational content, reflections, and updates about future offerings.

Availability is intentionally limited in order to maintain the integrity of instruction and individualized care.

Catrina Boscutti

Founder & Artistic Director, DMC Dance Co

Catrina Boscutti is a dance educator, mentor, and arts professional with over 20 years of teaching experience, dedicated to providing intentional, healthy training for young dancers. With a strong foundation in classical ballet and years of professional performance and teaching experience, Catrina brings a thoughtful, anatomy-informed approach to ballet education, placing dancer well-being at the center of every class.

Her training includes study with nationally recognized ballet institutions and professional companies, where she developed a deep respect for proper technique, musicality, and longevity in a dancer’s body. Throughout her career, Catrina has worked with dancers at various stages of development, giving her a clear understanding of how strong foundations, patience, and education directly impact confidence and injury prevention, especially during the transition to pointe work.

Through DMC Dance Co, Catrina specializes in pointe preparation, ballet foundations, and mentorship-based instruction. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes strength, alignment, and body awareness before progression, ensuring dancers are supported, not rushed, through critical stages of training. She is passionate about educating both dancers and parents, creating a transparent and nurturing environment built on trust, clarity, and care.

Outside of teaching dance, Catrina is a mother to a spirited young daughter, and much of her work is inspired by her belief that children thrive best in environments that are supportive, creative, and thoughtfully guided. She enjoys photography, film, sound editing, and visual storytelling, creative outlets that influence the way she approaches teaching, communication, and connection within her work.

Catrina believes ballet training should be empowering, sustainable, and rooted in intention, helping dancers grow not only as artists, but as confident, informed individuals.
