About the Collective
Ballet Education Program
DMC "Dance with Miss Catrina" Dance Collective was created from a desire to offer ballet training that is thoughtful, individualized, and rooted in dancer health. After years of experience in classical ballet education, Miss Catrina founded DMC Dance Co to provide a space where progression is guided by readiness, education, and care, never pressure or comparison.

At its core, DMC Dance Co offers personalized pointe preparation and ballet training through an invitation-only program designed to support each dancer’s unique needs. Training is assessment-based, intentionally paced, and focused on building strength, alignment, and confidence for long-term artistry.

In addition to private and small-group training, DMC Dance Co offers occasional Open Ballet classes online for teen and adult dancers with prior ballet experience. These classes provide accessible, technique-focused training without long-term commitment and are offered separately from pointe preparation programming.

All current instruction is offered online, with future in-person opportunities considered intentionally as the program grows. Offerings serve pre-teen, teen, and adult dancers, depending on the program. DMC Dance Co is intentionally small and education-forward, prioritizing dancer wellbeing and long-term health over volume or speed of progression. Dancers interested in private training are invited to submit an assessment request, while Open Ballet and Ballet Club offerings are open to the broader community.
DMC Dance Co is also home to the DMC Ballet Club, a virtual enrichment community open to ballet enthusiasts of all ages. Through educational resources, reflections from Miss Catrina, and occasional community offerings, the Ballet Club supports a deeper appreciation for ballet beyond the studio.

Looking ahead, DMC Dance Co is designed to grow intentionally. While current offerings remain focused and limited to preserve the integrity of instruction, future expansion, including additional programs or a return to in-person teaching, is welcomed when the timing, structure, and environment align with the studio’s values.
All programs are founded and directed by Miss Catrina.
